Well, the time has come to start a blog. With encouragement from some of my girlfriends(Andera and Julie) I am jumping feet first into the blogging world. It is my hope that this will be a great way for our family and friends to keep up with the Beckman's. I know all of our family that lives out of town will love it. So come back to visit and see what we are up too.
Why today? You might be asking yourself. Well, just an hour ago we found out that we are a having a girl. It is one of each for the Beckman's. We are very excited and can't wait to start buying dresses and baby dolls. Leslie Rose will be joining us in early August.

Congratulations to the Beckman family! I am sure Bobby is thrilled to be getting a baby sister. Please tell Jason hello for me and give him a hug for me too. I miss him and his silliness. Am looking forward to keeping up with the Beckman blog. I have one of my own, but it's on myspace. I write the blog for my church and it's blogger website. But if you ever wish to view my myspace site, let me know. You will have to create a site of your own there in order to view mine since I made it private.

The Papa and G-G could not be happier. It will be so wonderful to have another grandchild to spoil. Leslie Rose shares the names of two beautiful women who have meant a lot to the family.

Wow... I know there will be some added pressure to get me blogging now. I know, right now you are probably just surprised that I even read your email within 24 horus of your sending it. I feel like it's Custer's Last Stand now on the blogging issue and I'm Custer. I am thrilled that you all will be having a baby girl! We have no doubt that Jason will be ruined by that little girl... she'll be in control over him for certain!
